Our products are stored in their state‑of‑the‑art logistics center and shipped from there. This collaboration allows us to optimize storage, transport, and packaging costs and deliver products to you efficiently and reliably.

 

Order Processing Time

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Note: During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Multiple packages: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive at different times.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We cover the shipping costs for your order.
  • There is no minimum order value.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via email.
  • You can track your order:

  • For some carriers or destinations, tracking updates may experience a delay or may only be visible after the package arrives in the destination country.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may be charged by your local customs authority.
  • Such charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees, unless otherwise stated on your local site.
  • We are not responsible for:

  • Weekends and public holidays
  • Delays due to:
    • Customs inspections
    • Local postal service or carrier backlogs
    • Severe weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

  2. Then contact the carrier for detailed status.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are complete and correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for:

    • Recipient unavailable or refusing the package

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Relevant photos of the packaging and damaged items (for damage claims)
